Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has said that Chelsea must win trophies this season, and he is targeting the League Cup as the place to start.
The Blues lost to Bradford City in the FA Cup fourth round, ending any hope that they had of a quadruple, and the Spanish playmaker believes that they must now convert their good start to the season into silverware ahead of tonight's semi-final second leg against Liverpool
He told The Telegraph: "We are really enjoying the way we play, we are helping each other and it's nice to see. But people will not remember that if we don't win the Premier League or whatever, so we have to make sure that we compete until the end.
"The Capital One Cup is the first trophy of the season, so you want to be there, we want to be in the final, so we'll try our best and, hopefully, it will be a very good night for us."
Fabregas has registered 15 Premier League assists for Chelsea this season.
