Slovakian international Hamsik, who plies his trade with Napoli, has been repeatedly linked with a transfer away from Italy during the ongoing transfer window.
"If Napoli were to receive an offer from Barcelona, Chelsea or Real Madrid, then it would be logical to accept," representative Mino Raiola told Radio CRC.
Hamsik, 24, joined Napoli in 2007 from Brescia.
