Chelsea and Barcelona are reportedly among the clubs who are monitoring the development of Copenhagen teenager Roony Bardghji.

Copenhagen teenager Roony Bardghji has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for the likes of Chelsea and Barcelona.

Ahead of the upcoming transfer windows, the two European giants are seemingly focused on improving their first team, a consequence of some of their current players either being out of favour or out of contract in the summer.

However, according to Goal, the European champions and the Catalan side are taking an interest in Swedish prospect Bardghji.

Despite only turning 16 years of age last month, Bardghji has already made two appearances in the Copenhagen first team, starting both games.

During the second of those fixtures, the winger scored an important goal against Aalborg, helping his side to a 3-1 victory on November 28.

Bayern Munich are also said to be monitoring the development of a player whose contract at the Danish club does not expire until the end of 2024.
