Valencia have reportedly rejected an offer of £32m from Chelsea for midfielder Andre Gomes.
After signing for the La Liga outfit last season, Gomes has emerged as one of Los Che's key players and is known to have admirers around Europe on the back of his performances over the last 12 months.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Valencia have signalled their intent to get no less than £42m for the 22-year-old after turning down a bid from the Premier League outfit.
It is claimed that Gomes's former team Benfica are due 25% of any fee, which has left Valencia looking to receive around £32m after fulfilling their sell-on clause to the Portuguese giants.
On Tuesday night, Gomes featured as Portugal were held to a 1-1 draw by Iceland at Euro 2016.
