Tony Pulis: 'Crystal Palace fans have been wonderful for us'

Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis hails the Eagles supporters who spurred on his side to victory against West Bromwich Albion at Selhurst Park.

Tony Pulis has hailed Crystal Palace supporters following his side's victory against West Bromwich Albion at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles went into the interval two goals to the good following strikes from Thomas Ince and Joe Ledley, before Albion pulled one back early in the second half.

Despite the scare, Pulis believes the Palace fans helped spur his side on to a win, which was secured by Marouane Chamakh's penalty.

"[The crowd] don't need a lot to keep themselves going," Pulis is quoted as saying by the Croyden Advertiser. "They've been absolutely wonderful for us."

Palace move up to 14th in the Premier League table with the victory.
