Czech Republic striker Milan Baros is expected to announce his retirement from international football in the next few days.

The 30-year-old failed to score a goal at Euro 2012 as the Czechs exited the tournament in the quarter-finals against Portugal on Thursday night.

The Galatasaray forward, who has also had spells with Liverpool, Aston Villa and Portsmouth, is thought to be ready to hand up his international boots, according to reports.

Baros has scored 41 goals in 93 appearances for his country since making his debut in 2001.
