Derby County striker Darren Bent has revealed that his side were relieved to take a point from their Championship encounter against Brentford at the iPro Stadium.
The Rams were below par for the majority of the match against their promotion rivals, who took the lead in the first half through Alex Pritchard.
Mark Warburton's men looked to be heading for the three points until Bent fired home from close range to rescue a point for Derby.
He told the club's official website: "I have tried to put myself in the best positions to put the ball in the back of the net. I just had to hit the target, I have pride myself on that and with how I am, I will say that I should have scored more than what I have for Derby.
"We know that we weren't at our best today. We were far of where we have been in recent weeks and sometimes you don't play well and get something compared to when you play well and get nothing.
"Today we weren't at the races like we have been, but we leave with a point and we have got to take the positives out of that."
Derby are fifth in the Championship following their draw against the Bees.
