Andriy Voronin denies that he is returning to Moscow just a week after joining Dusseldorf on loan.

Ukranian striker Andriy Voronin has denied rumours that he is to be recalled from his loan at Fortuna Dusseldorf by parent club Dynamo Moscow.

Voronin signed a year-long loan deal last week but rumours have suggested that Moscow will recall him in the next few days and the player himself has denied these reports.

"I am in Moscow actually," Bild quotes Voronin as saying. "I am here to help my wife Yulia to finalise our move to Dusseldorf.

"I have spoken to the Dynamo manager, of course, but I will definitely be back at Dusseldorf soon."

Voronin scored eight times in 74 caps for Ukraine.
