Gary Neville reveals that he has been offered managerial roles since his retirement from the game.

Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville has revealed that he has received "two or three" offers to become a manager in the last 18 months.

However, Neville has turned down the approaches to concentrate on his punditry, and refuses to rush into management.

"I have been offered two or three roles in the last 18 months but it would not have been the right decision," he said at the Soccerex Conference in Manchester.

"I see a lot of people rush into coaching too quickly. In two years they are finished. There are a lot of crazy owners out there."

As well as his punditry work, Gary Neville is part of Roy Hodgson's England coaching staff, having joined the set-up before Euro 2012.
