France striker Antoine Griezmann has insisted that his side's 2-0 victory over Germany in the semi-finals of Euro 2016 was down to a team effort.
The Atletico Madrid man stole the headlines with both goals as the host nation saw off the world champions in Marseille, taking his tally to six for the tournament - a total only Michel Platini can beat at a single finals.
The first of his goals came from a penalty, and Griezmann admitted that he was desperate to redeem himself for missing from the spot during the Champions League final against Real Madrid.
"It's a whole group effort. It's thanks to the group we're in the final and we're going to make the most of tonight," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"I missed my penalty in the Champions League final and I really wanted to make sure I put it in the back of the net tonight.
"I'm still very far off Michel Platini and hopefully one day I can get closer to that."
France will take on Portugal in Sunday's final at the Stade de France.
