Gary Hooper and Johan Elmander start for Norwich City as they host Fulham in the Premier League.

Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has maintained his strikeforce of Johan Elmander and Gary Hooper for the visit of Fulham.

Neither forward was able to find the net as they drew with Sunderland 0-0 on December 21, but Hughton has stuck with the pair for the visit of the Cottagers.

Meanwhile, Fulham boss Rene Meulensteen has not named a recognised a striker for the visit to Carrow Road.
