Germany defender Jerome Boateng has insisted that he will be fit for the start of Euro 2016.
The Bayern Munich centre-back picked up a problem during his country's 2-0 win over Hungary on Saturday and it had been claimed that he could miss the start of the European Championships with the issue.
Boateng, however, has said that "nobody needs to be worried" as the injury was only 'a little nerve issue'.
"No, nobody needs to be worried about me. A little issue with my nerve, but I didn't have any problems at half time, the doctors examined me. Everything is good," Boateng, who has 58 caps to his name, told reporters.
World champions Germany open their Euro 2016 challenge against Ukraine on June 12.
