Hull City manager Mike Phelan has said that defender Andrew Robertson is closing in on a return to first-team action.
Robertson was initially ruled out for up to eight weeks after suffering a calf injury against Bournemouth on October 15 but Phelan has revealed that the left-back could be back in his squad slightly ahead of schedule.
The 22-year-old is quoted by PA as saying: "Andy is back outside now. He's doing work and preparation for being fit probably in two weeks' time.
"We have to be a little bit careful because calf injuries have a habit of reoccurring."
Hull currently sit one point adrift of safety in the Premier League table.
