Team News: Steve Harper replaces Allan McGregor in goal for Hull City

Steve Harper replaces the injured Allan McGregor in goal for Hull City ahead of their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace this afternoon.

Goalkeeper Steve Harper is in Hull City's starting XI for their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace this afternoon.

The 39-year-old, making his first league start of the season, replaces the injured Allan McGregor.

The other change from the Tigers' 4-2 home defeat to Manchester City sees defender James Chester back in the initial lineup in place of Liam Rosenior.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock has named the same side that beat Leicester City 2-0 last week.

It means that striker Marouane Chamakh, who has recovered from a hamstring problem, has to make do with a place on the bench.

Hull City: Harper, Robertson, Davies, Dawson, Chester, Elmohamady, Huddlestone, Diame, Livermore, Hernandez, Jelavic
Subs: Jakupovic, Rosenior, Bruce, Brady, Ramirez, Quinn, Ben Arfa

Crystal Palace: Speroni, Kelly, Dann, Delaney, Ward, Jedinak, Ledley, McArthur, Bolasie, Puncheon, Campbell
Subs: Hennessey, Mariappa, Guedioura, Zaha, Gayle, Doyle, Chamakh
