After making a fine start to life with Torino, coach Paolo Vanoli returns to Venezia on Friday evening, as the Granata aim to maintain their unbeaten record this season.
Toro have taken four points from two tough Serie A fixtures and progressed in the Coppa Italia, while their hosts are yet to find their feet since gaining promotion.

Building on a strong base from last season, Torino look in good shape at the start of their 2024-25 campaign and are well-placed to punish any Venezia errors.
In addition to a robust defence, Toro's attack can be efficient - they have already put a total of four goals past Milan and Atalanta.

Inter Milan vs. Atalanta (Friday, 7.45pm)

Reigning champions Inter Milan will seek back-to-back Serie A wins on Friday, as they welcome Lombardy rivals Atalanta BC to San Siro.
After stumbling in their 2024-25 season opener, Inter saw off Lecce last week, when La Dea missed a last-gasp penalty and lost in Turin.
We say: Inter Milan 2-1 Atalanta BC
Inter have yet to hit last term's peak - understandably at this early stage of the season - but they should still see off the threat of unpredictable Atalanta.
While La Dea finished 2023-24 like a train, they have since been hit by disruption to their squad and can sometimes be caught out at the back.
