The agent of Lucas Biglia has refused to rule out the possibility of the Argentina international moving away from Lazio, with Inter Milan said to be showing an interest.
Defensive midfielder Biglia was made Lazio captain this summer, but agent Enzo Montepaone has indicated that the 29-year-old could depart the Stadio Olimpico.
"A renewal at Lazio is not a certainty. There are lots of clubs, in Serie A and around Europe, looking at the player," Montepaone told Tutto Mercato Web. "I will meet with Lazio personally in the next few days, but it is not a sure thing.
"He is happy in the colours of Lazio, but we cannot deny his reputation is growing around the world. We need to think about what is best for his career. There are a lot of teams interested and Inter are just one of them.
"It is still too early to discuss a potential January transfer. There are many possibilities."
Biglia has made 73 appearances for Lazio, scoring 10 goals since his move from Belgian giants Anderlecht in 2013.
