Team News: Steve Evans makes three Leeds United changes

Steve Evans makes three changes to his Leeds United starting lineup for the visit of Cardiff City, while Russell Slade makes two changes for the Elland Road clash.

Steve Evans has made three changes to his Leeds United starting lineup for the visit of Cardiff City.

The Whites boss named an unchanged side for his first three games at the helm, but fresh faces have been brought in from the start this evening.

Scott Wootton, Giuseppe Bellusci and Alex Mowatt all return, as Leeds look to pick up their first home win in 13 attempts.

Among those to miss out is Sol Bamba, who is serving a one-match ban, meaning that Liam Cooper will captain United at Elland Road.

In terms of the visitors, Russell Slade has been forced into making a change at full-back after losing Fabio to injury, with Scott Malone the man to fill in.

There is some good news for the Bluebirds on the other flank, however, thanks to Lee Peltier being deemed fit enough to start.

The only other change comes in attack, as Craig Noone replaces Sammy Ameobi out wide in a four-man midfield.

Leeds United: Silvestri; Wootton, Cooper, Bellusci, Berardi; Dallas, Murphy, Cook, Mowatt; Antenucci, Wood
Subs: Horton, Byram, Phillips, Sloth, Buckley, Botaka, Doukara

Cardiff City: Marshall; Peltier, Morrison, Connolly, Malone; Ralls, Gunnarsson, Whittingham, Noone; Revell, Mason
Subs: Moore, John, Tamas, O'Keefe, Pilkington, Ameobi, Jones
