Two changes apiece for Neil Warnock and Tony Mowbray as Leeds United host Middlesbrough.

Leeds United defender Alan Tate has returned to the lineup after missing the 5-1 defeat to Chelsea in the League Cup quarter-final in midweek.

Davide Somma does not get his first start of the season after returning from injury and has to settle for a place on the bench as Luciano Becchio continues.

Middlesbrough manager Tony Mowbray has made two changes to his side that beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 last weekend, with Marvin Emnes and Lukas Jutkiewicz replacing Luke Williams and Ishmael Miller.

Leeds: Kenny; Byram, Tate, Lees, Peltier; Green, Tonge, Norris, Thomas; Becchio, Diouf

Middlesbrough: Steele; Hoyte, Hines, Friend, Woodgate; Leadbitter, Smallwood, McEachran, McDonald; Emnes, Jutkiewicz
