Report: West Ham United bid for Leeds United captain Ross McCormack

West Ham United reportedly launch a bid for Leeds United captain Ross McCormack.

The Hammers are in desperate need of firepower up front as they attempt to steer themselves out of the relegation zone in the Premier League table.

According to Sky Sports News, West Ham have made a bid for the 27-year-old, who has netted 17 goals for Leeds in the Championship this season.

The club previously rejected offers from Middlesbrough for the forward during the window last summer.
