Liverpool will reportedly need to scrap their transfer committee if they want to make Jurgen Klopp their new manager.
The 48-year-old is on a year sabbatical after leaving Borussia Dortmund in the summer, but it is suggested that he and Carlo Ancelotti are the main candidates for the role should they decide to replace Brendan Rodgers.
However, the German is reportedly wanting to be a unanimous choice by the board and according to the Daily Mail, Klopp will only end his break if he is given full control over the transfer dealings at the club.
It is believed that Klopp is open to joining a club in the Premier League but only on his terms.
Klopp won two Bundesliga titles in successive seasons and took Dortmund to a Champions League final in 2013.
