Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet has called for a "calm" performance when they meet Southampton this weekend.
The Reds beat Swansea City 4-3 on Sunday to go six points ahead of fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur in the race for the final Champions League place in the Premier League.
However, the Belgium international wants to see a much more comfortable game against Mauricio Pochettino's side.
He told the Liverpool Echo: "We are in a good position at the moment but with 11 games to go there are still a lot of things that can happen.
"We need to stay calm and just focus on our next game at Southampton. That's going to be a very difficult game for us and we need to prepare well. We won't be thinking about what's happened against them in the past.
"We did our job against Swansea by getting the three points and winning at home like we have done so many times this season gives us a great platform to build on. Hopefully we can keep this run in the league going. We're happy with where we are but there's still a long way to go."
Brendan Rodgers's side are unbeaten in the league this year.
