Kevin Bond insists that Spurs players have no problems with Luis Suarez.

Assistant Tottenham Hotspur boss Kevin Bond has insisted that his players have no problems with Luis Suarez.

The Liverpool striker is due to return from an eight-game ban for racially abusing Patrice Evra when Liverpool face Spurs in the Premier League tonight.

"I don't see any problems with Suarez," Bond said. "Nobody here has any issues with anybody. Suarez is a fantastic player who has been a great signing for Liverpool. His return to action will give them a huge lift and I imagine the Anfield crowd will really be rooting for him.

"You would have expected Liverpool to have sorely missed him and maybe a couple of results did go against them during his absence.

"But they have just had three big wins without him against Manchester City, United and Wolves. Their tails are up and they are really flying. And now they've got Suarez back as well."

Tottenham are currently third in the Premier League with 49 points from 23 games.
