Liverpool are allegedly set to be priced out of the race for highly-rated winger Jadon Sancho.
The 19-year-old has emerged as one of the most sought-after prospects in Europe, having registered 13 goals and 13 assists for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga this season.
As a result of his impressive performances, Sancho has attracted interest from a number of top European clubs, who are set to battle over the £120m-rated Englishman this summer.
However, according to the Liverpool Echo, Jurgen Klopp's side are in less need of Sancho than rivals Manchester United and Chelsea, with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane in prolific form throughout the season.
As a result, the Reds would be unwilling to pay the £120m fee for Sancho's services, leaving United and Chelsea as the frontrunners for his signature.
Sancho was on the scoresheet again for Dortmund last night as Lucien Favre's side thrashed Eintracht Frankfurt 4-0 to move within one point of Bayern Munich.
