Joe Hart believes that Manchester City are in a good position to win the Premier League title this season.

The Citizens are currently three points behind leaders and rivals Manchester United, whom they face a week on Monday.

When asked by Sky Sports News about his side's chances of wrestling top spot from United, Hart said: "[They are] a lot better than they were at the start of the day.

"We're excited and feel ready. We're firing goals in and feel good."

Hart was speaking after City had defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 this afternoon.
