Manchester City attacker Nolito admits that he must improve his conduct at the club after twice being involved in off-the-ball incidents.

Manchester City striker Nolito has acknowledged that he must try to avoid off-the-ball incidents after his reaction to a late challenge from Craig Dawson.

Nolito appeared to push his head into the face of the West Bromwich Albion on Saturday afternoon and it comes just weeks after he was sent off for a similar reaction against Bournemouth.

The Spaniard was fortunate to only receive a yellow card at the weekend and while he has played down both incidents, he admits that he needs to improve his behaviour.

The 30-year-old told reporters: "Yes, here it is a strong game that you play. I had no intention to hurt any other player.

"Obviously I have to show an example and set an example for other children and players. Hopefully it won't happen again."

Nolito has scored five times in 13 appearances since moving to City during the summer.
