Leeds United have reportedly been made aware of Manchester City's asking price for midfielder Kalvin Phillips.
The England international left Leeds in the summer of 2022 after Man City agreed a transfer for an initial fee worth around £42m.
Phillips was unable to force himself into Pep Guardiola's side, starting just two Premier League games in his first season with the Citizens.
The 28-year-old failed to see an improvement in his game time in the first half of the campaign, making just four substitute appearances in the Premier League before he was allowed to join West Ham United on loan in January.
Unfortunately for Phillips, he has continued to experience a difficult time at the London Stadium, starting just three league games since making the switch to David Moyes's side.

A recent report claimed that Leeds were interested in bringing Phillips back to Elland Road if they secured promotion to the Premier League.
According to Football Insider, Man City are looking to receive a fee between £30m to £40m for the midfielder, who has four years remaining on his current contract.
The report claims that Leeds and other interest parties may find it difficult to offer a similar sort of salary to the one that Phillips currently earns at Man City.

Phillips came through the youth ranks of his boyhood club before going on to establish himself as a key part of the first-team setup.
The Englishman made 234 competitive appearances for the Yorkshire outfit, scoring 14 goals and providing 13 assists.
Phillips helped the club win the Championship title in 2019-20 and a potential return rests on whether Leeds can secure another promotion to the top flight.
After losing to Coventry City on Saturday, Leeds are currently sitting in third position and one point adrift of the automatic promotion places.
