Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott has revealed that he expects to depart the Premier League champions next month.
Lescott's contract at the Etihad Stadium expires in the summer, and with no talks being held with the club's hierarchy, the England international is prepared to seek a new team during the off-season.
The 31-year-old is quoted by Manchester Evening News as saying: "It is the end. I know that I'm going to be leaving. We've had a good relationship, this club has been a big part of me.
"As far as I'm concerned, it's the end. If something changes, then great, but if not, there are no hard feelings between me and the club. I've had a great relationship with them.
"I know the business side of it. We've been successful and I hold no grudges."
Lescott made just 10 league appearances during the last campaign as City secured the Premier League trophy on the final day with a 2-0 win over West Ham United.
