Attilio Lomabardo thinks that Edin Dzeko will stay at Manchester City.

Manchester City coach Attilio Lombardo believes that Edin Dzeko will stay at the club.

The 26-year-old's future has been subject to speculation throughout the summer with possible moves to Bayern Munich and AC Milan being mooted, but Lombardo thinks that the striker will stay at City.

"Dzeko is a big player, and I think Manchester City want big players," the Italian told Sky Sports News. "It is not surprising because Dzeko for me is a player who can play here again for more time, but I don't know."

The Bosnia striker joined City from Wolfsburg in January 2011.
