Phil Foden and Raheem Sterling are reportedly next in line for new Manchester City deals following John Stones's recent extension.

Manchester City are reportedly preparing to offer new deals to attacking duo Phil Foden and Raheem Sterling.

Sterling's Etihad future has been called into question after he failed to become a nailed-on starter for Pep Guardiola last term, but he is thought to be assembling a team together in order to re-open contract talks.

Foden, meanwhile, is not due to see his deal expire until the summer of 2024, but City are supposedly keen to reward his performances last season with a bumper pay rise.

According to Goal, Foden and Sterling are two of City's priorities for new deals after John Stones committed his future to the Premier League champions until 2026 earlier this week.

The report adds that Ederson is also in line for fresh terms, while the futures of Gabriel Jesus, Ilkay Gundogan and Riyad Mahrez - all due to become free agents in 2023 - will need to be considered.

Sterling claimed 14 goals and 12 assists from 49 games in all tournaments last term, while Foden amassed 16 goals and 10 assists in 50 appearances.
