Report: Manchester City land Argentine youngster Bruno Zuculini

Reports suggest that Manchester City have won the race to sign Argentine starlet Bruno Zuculini.

Manchester City have reportedly snapped up midfield starlet Bruno Zuculini from Argentine side Racing Club.

According to talkSPORT, the highly-rated 20-year-old will move to the Etihad Stadium in January for a fee of £2m after the Citizens saw off interest from Manchester United, Juventus, Barcelona and Malaga.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini is said to view the Argentine Under-20 international as a long-term replacement for Gareth Barry, and may decide to loan him back to Racing to continue his development.

Zuculini has been touted for a place in Argentina's squad for next summer's World Cup in Brazil.
