Arsene Wenger names Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri in Arsenal's Champions League squad.

Transfer-linked duo Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri have been included in the Arsenal squad to take on Udinese in a Champions League qualifier later this month.

Speculation has been rife all summer that Fabregas will return to Barcelona, while Nasri has been attracting the attention of Manchester United and Manchester City.

However, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has named the pair in his 25-man squad to take on the Serie A club over two legs.

Should either feature in the tie, they will then not be able to feature in the competition for another club this season.

The first leg is due to take place at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, August 16, with the returning meeting in Italy scheduled for Wednesday, August 24.
