Manchester United will face Aston Villa in the pick of the FA Cup third round ties, while Chelsea play host to National League side Chesterfield.

Manchester United have been drawn at home to Aston Villa in the FA Cup third round draw, while Chelsea face non-league opposition in the form of Chesterfield.

Despite the annual anticipation ahead of the last 64 of this competition, there were few stand out ties, with Steven Gerrard taking his Villa side to Old Trafford arguably the pick of them.

Last season's runners-up Chelsea will play host to National League club Chesterfield, while Premier League leaders Manchester City travel to Swindon Town.

Liverpool will start their campaign with a meeting against Shrewsbury Town, with defending champions Leicester City going up against Watford.

West Ham United go up against Leeds United at the London Stadium, and Arsenal have been handed a trip to Championship side Nottingham Forest.

Of the other non-league teams, Yeovil Town and Kidderminster Harriers meet Bournemouth and Reading respectively, while either Boreham Wood or St Albans City will square off against AFC Wimbledon.
