Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson says that Arsene Wenger is the right man to manage Arsenal.
Speaking before the two sides go head-to-head on Sunday, Ferguson said under-fire Wenger is responsible for the Gunners' greatest successes.
"The work he has done in the 15 years he has been at the club is the best in Arsenal's history," said the Scot.
"Yes, he has not won a trophy for six years but what does that mean? The quality of his side has not been reduced."
Arsenal have picked up one point from their first two games of the season, while United have gained maximum points from their two matches.
