Jose Mourinho will reportedly receive a £24m payout having been sacked by Manchester United.
Mourinho was relieved of his duties on Tuesday morning, with Sunday's 3-1 defeat at Liverpool, who left United 19 points off the top of the Premier League, proving to the final straw.
The Red Devils have progressed to the last-16 stage of the Champions League, but have made their worst start to a league campaign in 28 years.
Mourinho's contract at Old Trafford was due to expire in January 2020, and according to The Sun, the Portuguese will receive a payout of £24m having been sacked.
United are back in Premier League action away to Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon.
