Barcelona are reportedly not prepared to meet Manchester United's valuation of £200m for midfielder Paul Pogba.

Barcelona have reportedly decided that they have no intention of paying £200m for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

The Catalan giants have identified Pogba as a future signing, and tension between the Frenchman and United boss Jose Mourinho has only increased the possibility of an exit from Old Trafford.

However, according to The Mirror, Barcelona are only prepared to pay in the region of £100m for the 25-year-old and will not make an approach until the summer.

Pogba's contract at Old Trafford expires in 2021, and there currently appears little chance of the former Juventus man penning a fresh deal while Mourinho remains in charge.

United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward is said to be against the sale of Pogba, but the club's board may be left with a decision to make unless there is a change in the ongoing situation between Mourinho and the club-record signing.

Pogba was stripped of the vice-captaincy at United earlier this week.
