Chelsea and Manchester United are reportedly keeping a close eye on Brighton & Hove Albion teenager Andrew Moran, who is currently playing for the Seagulls' Under-18s.
Moran moved to the South coast from Bray Wanderers last summer, scoring 11 goals and registering as many assists to help his team to third in the U18s Southern Premier League.
The 17-year-old is believed to be close to breaking into Graham Potter's first-team squad after attracting interest from some of the Premier League's biggest clubs.
TEAMtalk reports that Chelsea and Man United have been monitoring the Irishman for the last few months, with both clubs keen to claim strong academy setups.
Potter has given youth players their chance to impress this season after Tariq Lamptey broke through into the starting 11 before sustaining a hamstring injury in December.
The Seagulls' average age for the starting team in the 2019-20 season was 22 years old - the club's third youngest ever squad.
