Napoli midfielder Jorginho has reportedly been given the green light to leave the club.
The 26-year-old has made a name for himself as one of Serie A's leading midfielders since moving to Stadio San Paolo from Hellas Verona in 2014.
Napoli were initially believed to be reluctant to let one of their key players leave the team.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, however, the Italian giants have agreed terms with a potential replacement in Sampdoria youngster Lucas Torreira, ahead of a potential £20m summer deal.
Torreira's purported move to the Partenopei would reportedly enable the Italy international to seek pastures new, with Liverpool - who fear losing Emre Can in the summer - believed to be most keen on his signature.
Fellow Premier League sides Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked with the thrice-capped Azzurri star.
