Shinji Kagawa in swap deal with Neven Subotic?

Shinji Kagawa could leave Manchester United and return to Borussia Dortmund with Neven Subotic going the other way, according to a report.

Shinji Kagawa could leave Manchester United in a swap deal for Borussia Dortmund defender Neven Subotic, according to a report.

Kagawa has fallen out of favour with manager David Moyes and the playmaker has admitted that he needs to improve to stay at Old Trafford.

Reports claim that Moyes will look to swap Kagawa with Subotic, who has been with Dortmund since 2008.

Portuguese newspaper A Bola claims that Moyes wants to bring in Subotic to compete with Nemanja Vidic and Jonny Evans.

Kagawa joined United from Dortmund for £17m last summer.
