Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City are reportedly all involved in a three-way transfer for Torino defender Bremer.
The 24-year-old has played a key role for the Serie A side since his arrival from Atletico Mineiro three years ago, registering five goals from 33 league games last season.
Everton and Liverpool were both linked with a move for Bremer over the January transfer window, but interest in the defender could supposedly intensify this time around.
According to Fantacalcio, Liverpool remain at the head of the queue for Bremer's signature, but Man United and Man City are prepared to rival the Reds for his signature.
The report adds that Bremer will not extend his Torino contract beyond 2023, and Juventus and Inter Milan have also been alerted to his availability.
The centre-back has notched up a total of 11 goals in 83 appearances for Torino, who supposedly want between €20m (£17m) and €25m (£21.3m) to sanction a sale.
