Manchester United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Fiorentina centre-back Nikola Milenkovic.
The 23-year-old continues to be linked with a move away from his Italian club, and it has been suggested that the Red Devils are at the head of the queue, leading the likes of Juventus and Inter Milan in the race.
According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils have been offered the chance to sign the Serbia international during this summer's transfer window.
However, the report claims that the defender is not high on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's wishlist, with United expected to explore other targets ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
Sevilla's Jules Kounde continues to be linked with a move to Old Trafford, but United are allegedly not prepared to meet the £68m buy-out in the Frenchman's contract.
Milenkovic has made 24 appearances for Fiorentina during the current season.
