Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira is reportedly closing in on a move to Brazilian giants Flamengo on loan.
The 25-year-old has struggled to cement a regular first-team place in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side, and as a result has had three loan spells away from Old Trafford in the last five years.
Pereira spent last season on loan with Serie A outfit Lazio, where the midfielder made 33 appearances across all competitions, though only five were in the starting lineup.
According to Brazilian news outlet Globo Esporte, Pereira is close to finalising a move to South America with Brasileiro holders Flamengo.
The report also states that United are open to Pereira's departure this summer and both parties are 'optimistic' that a deal can be agreed soon.
The attacker, who is keen to move on for regular first-team football, has made 75 senior appearances for United since his debut in 2014, scoring four goals and providing five assists.
