Manchester United are reportedly ready to swoop for FC Porto winger James Rodriguez.
The Colombian, who has already spoken of his desire to join the Red Devils, has scored 23 goals in 32 starts since his move from Argentine side Atletico Banfield in 2010.
That form has caught the attention of Sir Alex Ferguson, who is said to be considering a £25m bid for the 20-year-old.
According to the Manchester Evening News, the Scot may be willing to offload Anderson to finance the deal.
The Brazilian has only made 11 starts this season after being hampered with persistent knee problems.
