Manchester United are allegedly readying a £50m offer for Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker Diogo Jota.
A recent report from Italy claimed that the 20-time English champions had identified the Portugal international as a potential signing during this summer's transfer window.
According to The Express, United are now preparing to make a £50m bid for the versatile attacker in the hope of securing his services for the 2020-21 campaign.
The report claims that Jota's hat-trick against Espanyol in the Europa League on Thursday night came in front of United spies, who had been sent to keep a close eye on the 23-year-old's performance.
Jota, who has a contract at Molineux until the end of the 2021-22 campaign, has found the back of the net on 12 occasions in 33 appearances for Nuno Espirito Santo's side this season.
United, meanwhile, will reportedly have to bid 'at least £60m' if they wish to sign Lyon forward Moussa Dembele during this summer's transfer window.
