Report: Manchester United close in on 'the new Neymar'

A report claims that Manchester United are close to signing Fluminense forward Kenedy, who has been branded 'the new Neymar'.

Manchester United are reportedly close to completing a deal for Fluminense forward Kenedy, who has been branded 'the new Neymar' in various quarters.

The 19-year-old, who is also believed to be interesting Inter Milan, came through the ranks at his current club before stepping into the first team in 2013.

According to The Metro, Man United have been tracking the former Brazil Under-17 international for some time and are confident of completing a £5m deal for the attacker at the end of the current season.

Kenedy's style of play has led to comparisons with Barcelona forward Neymar, who made his name in Brazilian football with Santos before moving on to Europe.
