Preview: Millwall vs. Bournemouth

Sports Mole previews the Championship match between struggling Millwall and league leaders Bournemouth.

Bournemouth will be hoping to keep hold of top spot in the Championship when the leaders travel to The Den to face Millwall in the Championship on Sunday.

Eddie Howe's side have won their last four games, including a 2-0 win over Fulham on Friday, to leave them a point ahead of Ipswich Town in the division.

The manager had stuck with the same starting lineup for the visit of Fulham that beat Blackpool just a few days earlier, so there could be some changes for this match.

Eunan O'Kane and Yann Kermorgant have both started the last couple of matches on the bench, so could provide some fresh legs for the Cherries.

Meanwhile, Ian Harte is yet to feature since returning to training following a calf injury which has kept him out since October, but the time could be right for the defender to make his comeback as the busy fixture list will stretch the squad.

Millwall head into this match on the back of a 6-1 defeat to Norwich City on Friday, leaving them just one place outside the relegation zone.

The Lions have now lost three of their last four matches, leaving them just three points clear of the bottom three.

Ed Upson is available again after putting a minor injury behind him, while Nadjim Abdou could come into the starting lineup after three recent appearances off the bench.

Ian Holloway may also consider bringing Jermaine Easter in after he scored a late consolation after being brought on as a late substitute against Norwich.

When the two sides met earlier in the season, Millwall came from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw.

Millwall:

Bournemouth:

Sports Mole says: 0-2
