Team News: Darren Potter, Daniel Powell start for MK Dons

MK Dons recall Darren Potter and Daniel Powell to the starting lineup for the visit of Barnsley in League One.

MK Dons make two changes to the team that beat Sheffield United last week, with Darren Potter and Daniel Powell recalled to the starting lineup at the expense of Samir Carruthers and the injured Ben Reeves.

Dons boss Karl Robinson, who begins a four-match touchline ban, retains Will Grigg in attack, which means that new loan signing Devante Cole must wait to face his former club.

However, the hosts are still without Mark Randall, who remains sidelined with a stomach injury.

Barnsley manager Danny Wilson continues to do without the services of forward Sam Winnall, who is still troubled by a hamstring problem, while Mason Holgate is suspended following his red card against Doncaster Rovers last week.

However, Manchester United loanee Ben Pearson returns to the Tykes midfield after recovering from an ankle injury.

MK Dons: Martin, Spence, McFadzean, Kay, Lewington, Potter, Alli, Baker, Bowditch, Powell, Grigg
Subs: McLoughlin, Hodson, Baldock, Green, Carruthers, Cole, Clarke-Harris

Barnsley: Turnbull, Berry, Nyatanga, Hourihane, M'Voto, Smith, Williams, Pearson, Lalkovic, Waring, Kiwomya
Subs: Davies, Scowen, Digby, Ramage, Oates, Phenix, Lita
