Rafael Benitez: 'Critical that we beat Roma'

Rafael Benitez labels Napoli's match against Roma as being a must-win game in the battle for second place in Serie A.

Napoli manager Rafael Benitez has labelled tomorrow's match against Roma as being a must-win game for his side.

The Partenopei, who are currently six points behind their opponents going into the clash at Stadio San Paolo in Naples, are chasing second place in Serie A which will guarantee a place in next season's Champions League.

Benitez told his own website: "What is clear is that we have to win, that must be our only goal. There are still a lot of games to play in the competition from Serie A and many things can happen.

"We'll see what happens and how everything is at the end, in football there is always room for the latest news and every week, every day, things can change. The key is to approach the game without any fear to recognize that this is an absolutely critical for us to win.

"Maybe that's why I'm less interested in what we say or what we can talk about but rather what we do in the field when game time comes".

Napoli go into Sunday's game on the back of a 1-1 draw against Livorno last time out.
