Newcastle United striker Adam Armstrong has joined Coventry City on a six-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old has come through the youth ranks at the Magpies and made 11 Premier League appearances last season.
"I'm delighted to get it done as it is massive in my career," he told the club's official website. "It's a big move and I can't wait to get started.
"I want to progress during my time here and do really well for the club. I like to think I'm quick and got a few skills about me.
"I've got an eye for goals and I want to score a lot of goals for the club. I've got to claim my place in the side first but that's the aim. I'm really looking forward to the start of the season against Wigan Athletic and can't wait to get started."
Armstrong has scored nine goals in nine games for England at Under-18 level.
