Mevlut Erding confident of Saint-Etienne European qualification

Mevlut Erding says that Saint-Etienne have a good enough squad to qualify for Europe this season.

Mevlut Erding has no doubts that Saint-Etienne are capable of achieving European football this season.

Les Verts can move above Bordeaux and into fourth place in Ligue 1 on Wednesday, should they beat Evian TG in a rearranged match at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.

"We're well placed when it comes to Europe and our objective is to finish in the top five," Erding told the press.

"We've got the squad to achieve that, that's for sure."

Erding has scored fives times in Ligue 1 this season.
