Wes Hoolahan, Johan Elmander, Ricky van Wolfswinkel, Russell Martin and Sebastien Bassong all return after last weekend's 4-2 defeat against Southampton.

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has made two changes to his team after a goalless draw against Crystal Palace on their last outing.

Jozy Altidore replaces the injured Steven Fletcher, while Jack Colback comes into the midfield in place of Sebastian Larsson.
